Our numerology reports are digital products made personally for each customer from the details they submit. Because of this, please read this policy carefully before you buy.
No refunds
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds on any product or service once payment is made.
No cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled after payment, because we start preparing your personalised report as soon as your order is received.
Correct details
Please check your name, date of birth and email address carefully before paying. Reports are prepared only from the details you submit, and we are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect details.
Delivery
Reports are sent as a PDF to your email within 4 working days of successful payment. If you have not received yours within this time, please check your spam folder and then contact us. We will make sure you receive it.
Payment issues
If your account was charged twice for the same order, or money was deducted but your payment failed, please email us at mannoorja@gmail.com with your payment details. Once Razorpay confirms the issue, the extra or failed amount will be returned to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
